Not at all. In fact, it’s helpful to see your home as you normally live in it. The Home Edit is about identifying what’s working, what isn’t, and how your existing spaces and belongings can be better arranged, edited and styled.

No. The first priority is to work with what you already own. Often, simply editing, rearranging and repositioning furniture, artwork and accessories can completely change how a room feels. Where something new would genuinely improve the space, Catherine can make recommendations.

The Signature Home Edit is a 3–4 hour consultation, so how much we cover depends on the size of your home and the level of attention each space needs. Before the visit, you’ll identify your priority rooms and concerns so the time can be focused where it will make the greatest difference.

Absolutely. Catherine can recommend furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories, colour and other pieces that will complement your home and existing style. Recommendations are considered rather than simply adding more things.

Yes. If you’d like Catherine to continue helping after your Home Edit, additional time can be arranged for sourcing, shopping, styling, furniture selection or implementing recommendations.

You’ll receive a written summary and prioritised action plan capturing the key recommendations from the consultation. This gives you a clear path forward, whether you choose to make the changes yourself or engage Catherine for further assistance
